Kinly Becomes a Global Member of Neurodiversity in Business

Kinly, the global provider of AV integration and collaboration services and support, is pleased to announce that it has become the latest global member of Neurodiversity in Business (NiB). NiB is an international business-led forum functioning as an industry group for organisations to share industry best practice on neurodiversity recruitment, retention and empowerment. Its aim is to create a corporate environment where neurodivergent people are not only understood, but form an invaluable part of the working culture. Ultimately, the organisation exists to serve as a best-practice business community to improve the working lives of neurodivergent individuals worldwide, helping to unlock the unique and innovative contribution they can bring to the business world and society by sharing indispensable insight for employers, the neurodiverse and the neurotypical. Membership to NiB is an important step in our journey to creating a working environment which is as inclusive, responsible and welcoming as possible. We have also participated in initiatives to promote neurodiversity in our business including training with ADHD UK. This was an open format introducing ADHD from the perspective of an employer, how to have a successful conversation about ADHD with an employee and any adjustments that can be made to help. The event was run by the charity’s CEO, Henry Shelford, who focuses on coaching individuals with ADHD to fulfil their full potential.
